The hotel has a great location with easy access to many attractions. the rooms have nice balconies and some even have small kitchenettes which is an added convenience. the swimming pools and Aventyrbadet provide plenty of entertainment for families.
The service in some areas of the hotel is unsatisfactory. the staff in the restaurant and grill require better training on customer service skills, and many guests have expressed displeasure with the cleanliness of the rooms and lack of frequent cleaning.

I loved the location and the fact that I had a room with a small kitchenette, which was perfect for my work needs. The balcony also had a great view and was perfect for enjoying the sun in the evening. The staff at the reception were really helpful and amazing, from our arrival to helping the children enjoy the swimming area. The swimming pool was also really nice, and the breakfast was good.

Great location and nice breakfast. The swimming pool was a plus too, especially for the kids.
The food in the restaurant wasn't great, and it was pretty overpriced. , the service at the restaurant and swimming hall was not the best, and we didn't get the type of room we booked.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is amazing, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to various facilities. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near many attractions and activities. the swimming pools and entertainment offered were impressive and kept us busy during our New Year's stay. the breakfast provided was also delicious and had a good variety of options.
The food offered at the restaurant was not up to par. the menu mainly consisted of fast food options and was overpriced for what was provided.
